Financiera FDL impulsa la transformación digital con “FDL+”.
La nueva solución digital optimiza y acelera el proceso crediticio, reduciendo tiempos de respuesta y mejorando la eficiencia operativa sin perder la cercanía con el cliente. La iniciativa está orientada al fortalecimiento de las microempresas y al desarrollo de competencias digitales en todo el equipo de la institución.
Financiera FDL anunció el despliegue de FDL+, una innovadora herramienta digital diseñada para transformar y rediseñar su metodología de otorgamiento de créditos. Este desarrollo tecnológico busca hacer más eficientes los procesos financieros, reducir márgenes de error operativos y liberar tiempo clave para atender a un mayor número de clientes en todo el país.
Durante el anuncio oficial, Karem Delgadillo, Gerente de Negocios de Financiera FDL, destacó que la adopción de nuevas tecnologías responde al compromiso de la institución con la modernización constante y la excelencia en el servicio:
”La tecnología no viene a reemplazar nuestra experiencia acumulada ni a distanciar la relación con nuestros clientes; al contrario, viene a facilitarla. Al utilizar FDL+ optimizamos la atención, reducimos errores y liberamos tiempo valioso para acompañar a más microempresarios en su crecimiento”, señaló Delgadillo.
El proyecto “Solución Digital FDL+” incluye un plan integral de capacitación y acompañamiento para los gerentes de sucursal, oficiales de crédito y equipos de colaboradores, promoviendo la adopción de buenas prácticas y el trabajo colaborativo en cada una de las sucursales.
La herramienta permite realizar gestiones crediticias directamente en el campo, facilitando la captura de datos y evaluación financiera en el propio entorno de los microempresarios y emprendedores, reforzando así el compromiso histórico de Financiera FDL con la inclusión financiera.
”Todo cambio requiere un proceso de aprendizaje que estamos recorriendo juntos mediante capacitación continua y soporte constante. FDL+ es un aliado clave para seguir brindando servicios financieros de excelencia y mantenernos competitivos en la industria”, puntualizó la Gerente de Negocios.
Con la implementación de FDL+, al cierre del mes de septiembre los oficiales de crédito han colocado US$2.2703,569 en 1,402 solicitudes desembolsadas. Financiera FDL reafirma su posición de liderazgo en el sector de las microfinanzas, apostando por la innovación tecnológica como motor para la competitividad y el desarrollo socioeconómico de la región.
Productores reforestaran sus fincas para enfrentar el cambio climático.
Financiera FDL y técnicos de TINIDIA realizaron una escuela de campo en la comunidad Las Letras, entre Nueva Guinea y San Carlos, Río San Juan, enfocada en la planificación participativa de microcuencas y la resiliencia climática.
Financiera FDL, junto a técnicos de TINIDIA, desarrolló recientemente una escuela de campo con productores de la comunidad Las Letras, ubicada en la microcuenca Caño Blanco, zona limítrofe entre Nueva Guinea y San Carlos, Río San Juan. La jornada abordó como tema central la planificación participativa de microcuencas y la resiliencia climática en fincas.
El encuentro se desarrolló con un enfoque participativo, en el que los productores no solo recibieron información, sino que analizaron la realidad de sus propias fincas y construyeron soluciones de forma conjunta. El objetivo fue involucrar directamente a las familias productoras en la gestión sostenible de los recursos hídricos y en la reducción de la vulnerabilidad climática de sus unidades productivas.
Durante la escuela de campo, los participantes identificaron la relación entre el estado de las fuentes de agua, la cobertura vegetal y la productividad de las fincas, reconociendo que la protección de las riberas y de las zonas de recarga hídrica es clave para asegurar agua durante todo el año y enfrentar con mayor preparación los periodos de sequía e intensas lluvias.
Como resultado de la jornada, los productores asumieron el compromiso formal de plantar entre 25 y 50 árboles en su finca, priorizar riberas de fuentes de agua y zonas de recarga hídrica de la microcuenca y el uso estricto de especies propias de la zona, para garantizar una mayor tasa de sobrevivencia y favorecer la recuperación ecológica nativa
Con estas acciones, Financiera FDL reafirma su compromiso de acompañar a las familias productoras más allá del crédito, promoviendo prácticas que protegen el medio ambiente, fortalecen la sostenibilidad de las fincas y contribuyen a que el campo nicaragüense esté mejor preparado ante los efectos del cambio climático.
Este tipo de espacios forma parte del trabajo que la institución impulsa junto a sus aliados técnicos para fomentar la educación ambiental, la adaptación climática y el desarrollo rural sostenible en las zonas donde tiene presencia.

Estudiantes del Business Club de Keiser University visitan Financiera FDL para conocer su modelo de trabajo e innovación.
Financiera FDL recibió recientemente la visita de los estudiantes del Business Club de Keiser University, campus San Marcos, con el propósito de conocer de cerca el funcionamiento de la institución, modelo de microcréditos y su enfoque de innovación y transformación.
Durante la presentación, los representantes de Financiera FDL compartieron con los jóvenes la identidad institucional de la organización, abordando temas como la razón de ser, misión, visión y los valores que orientan el trabajo de la Financiera. Además, explicaron cómo funciona el modelo de microcréditos, los procesos para la solicitud y aprobación de créditos, la transformación e innovación que impulsa la institución y el rol que desempeñan los colaboradores en el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.
El espacio también permitió un intercambio de preguntas y respuestas, en el que los estudiantes conocieron más sobre los requisitos para acceder a un crédito, las metodologías de financiamiento y el impacto de los microcréditos en el desarrollo de personas y negocios.
Como parte de la visita, los integrantes del Business Club realizaron un recorrido por las diferentes áreas de Financiera FDL para conocer el trabajo que se desarrolla en cada una de ellas y la dinámica de la institución.
Los estudiantes tuvieron fueron recibidos en las instalaciones de Casa Matriz por la Gerente General, Elizabeth Campos; Manuel Bermúdez, Vicegerente General; Karen Delgadillo, Gerente de Negocios; Luis Cuadra, Gerente de Tecnología y Serny Saavedra, coordinador de Gestión de Cambio e innovación.
Al finalizar la actividad, se invitó a los estudiantes a considerar a Financiera FDL como un espacio para realizar pasantías y futuras oportunidades laborales, reafirmando el compromiso de la institución con el desarrollo del talento joven y la formación de los futuros profesionales del país.
Con este tipo de encuentros, Financiera FDL continúa fortaleciendo los vínculos con las universidades y promoviendo espacios de aprendizaje que acercan a los estudiantes al sector financiero y al impacto social de los créditos.

Financiera FDL conmemoró el primer aniversario de su sucursal El Rama, con una celebración que reunió a clientes, colaboradores e invitados en las instalaciones que se vistió de fiesta para la ocasión.
La actividad contó con la participación del sacerdote Francisco Santamaría, de la Parroquia San Isidro Labrador, quien ofreció una bendición para la sucursal, su equipo de trabajo y las familias que forman parte de la cartera de clientes. También estuvo presente la señora Luisa Pérez Espinoza, primera clienta en recibir un desembolso, su participación simbolizó el punto de partida de un año de trabajo conjunto con la comunidad ramense.
La iniciativa tuvo como objetivo compartir este logro con nuestros clientes y celebrar el crecimiento alcanzado durante nuestro primer año de operaciones.
A la fecha, la sucursal ha logrado un saldo de cartera superior a los US$ 2 millones de dólares y llega a más de 900 clientes, resultados que reflejan la confianza depositada en nuestra institución por los pobladores, comerciantes y productores del municipio.
El gerente de la sucursal, David Johan López, expresó su satisfacción al frente de esta institución y agradeció el respaldo recibido durante este primer año.
Por su parte el Vicegerente Regional de Negocios de la zona, Ruddy Aguilera afirmo que:
